The practical stuff

We deliver only within Goa (PIN codes starting 403) — Panjim, Margao, Mapusa, Vasco da Gama and everywhere in between. Orders are hand-packed in Vasco da Gama and reach you within 1–3 days of payment confirmation.

Delivery is a flat ₹50 per order, however many pieces you order. We'll keep you updated by email and phone.

Every piece is handmade to order, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns. But if your flowers arrive damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll remake and redeliver the piece, or refund you in full to your original payment method — your choice.

If an order is cancelled before it ships and you've already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 2 working days.

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit & credit cards, and netbanking through our secure payment gateway. Your order is confirmed by email as soon as payment succeeds. Prices on the site are final — no hidden charges beyond the flat delivery fee shown at checkout.

We store only what an order needs: your name, phone, email and delivery address. They're used to deliver your flowers and send you order updates — never sold, never shared for marketing. To have your details removed, email support@petavellebloom.in and we'll delete them.
